Terms of Service
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") shall apply to all relationships concerning the use of this application (hereinafter referred to as "the App").
Article 2 (User Registration)
Those who wish to use the App shall apply for user registration by the method specified by the Company after agreeing to these Terms. The Company may not approve user registration if the applicant falls under any of the following items:
- If there are false statements, errors, or omissions in the registration details.
- If the applicant has previously been subject to suspension of use due to a violation of these Terms.
- In any other cases where the Company deems user registration to be inappropriate.
Article 3 (Prohibited Matters)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the App:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
- Acts related to criminal activity.
- Acts that infringe on the copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights of the App, other users, or third parties.
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the App, or acts that may do so.
- Acts of registering or transmitting false information.
- Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users or third parties.
- Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the user arising from the App. The content of the App may be changed, interrupted, or terminated without notice to the user. The Company shall not be responsible for any troubles that arise between users or between a user and a third party in connection with the use of the App.
Article 5 (Changes and Suspension of Service Content)
The Company may change, interrupt, or terminate all or part of the App without prior notice to the user. The Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the user or a third party as a result of the preceding paragraph.
Article 6 (Suspension of Use and Deregistration)
The Company may suspend use or deregister a user without prior notice if the user falls under any of the following:
- If the user violates these Terms.
- If the user registers false information.
- In any other cases where the Company deems the use of the App to be inappropriate.
The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the suspension of use or deregistration.
Article 7 (Copyright)
All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Company or a legitimate rights holder. Users may not reproduce, reprint, sell, publish, etc., the content of the App without the permission of the Company.
Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall handle users' personal information appropriately in accordance with a separately established privacy policy.
Article 9 (Changes to the Terms of Service)
The Company may change these Terms without notifying the user. The revised terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the App.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the App, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court of the first instance.
