Is my data secure?
Yes. Emotion Diary stores your data locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal diary entries.
Can I backup my data?
Currently, data resides on your device. Please be aware that uninstalling the app will delete your entries. We are working on cloud backup features for future updates.
I forgot my PIN code. What can I do?
For security reasons, we cannot reset your PIN code remotely as we do not store it. Please try to recall your PIN. If you cannot remember it, you may need to reinstall the app, which will reset the data.
How can I delete my data?
You can delete individual entries within the app. To delete all data, simply uninstall the application from your device.
