By using Agrisk-AI (package name: com.ryosuke.agriculture0716), published on Google Play by Dev by Ryosuke (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Agrisk-AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the App for any other purpose, and you will not copy or distribute the App in any medium without our prior written authorization.
Weather forecasts, risk assessments, notifications, and suggested countermeasures are provided for general informational purposes. They may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional agricultural advice or your own judgment. You remain responsible for decisions made using the App.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the App; (ii) using the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law; (iii) interfering with the security-related features of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the App at your own risk.
In no event shall Agrisk-AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service within the App. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
